Fraud case for individual Roberto Cacciamani!
Hi all papermoney lovers!!
This is an article about a fraud that i was a victim of!The person who frauded me lives in Italy and moreover,it is a
member of the IBNS society!
Case:
He contacted me saying he needs some polymer new banknotes from Romania(the 2005 issues).we agreed at the sale price
at: 200.00 euros.Then,he started saying to me that he does not feel comfortable with sending his payment first and he will
send straight away the 200.00 euros once he gets the new 2005 banknotes set.I was reluctant at first but he said that he is
in the business for many years and that he is honest and has a good reputation.Well,finally,it turned out that it was fake!
I finally agreed and sent him on October 21st via registered letter: RN 275 593 206 RO his order.I am giving you the

Well,9 days later he confirmed that he receievd the letter in Monza(his city).After,what happened was that he kept
on saying for few days that he will send the payment but he never did so! We agreed at Western Union payment and he changed
his mind saying he will send cash in letter!!
